LinkGather - An Overview



This WordPress plugin gives you the ability to export the URL's for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

You can get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the address below:

When you have activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Help Guide


A new link on the menu side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

When you click on the Home title, this will navigate to the plugins developer page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links title to move you to the page that will display all of your blog sites published posts’ URL. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you get more info have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in Excel style.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published articles, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same method as those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built export WordPress links in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
